Existing House Comes Down

The existing white house, formerly address 146 North Road, has been torn down at the entrance to The Villages at Three Ponds. Originally the builder and developer were planning to keep the house, but they ultimately decided to tear it down and build a new home in its place.

Demolition crews worked to tear down the house over the week of July 23rd, 2019. Some site work still remains to be done to prepare for the new home to be built, but visitors will no longer see the white house when entering The Villages at Three Ponds.

The homesite where the house once stood, now known as 1 Three Ponds Drive, will become available soon. More information to come!
