As of Thursday, August 29, 2019, 3-Ponds, LLC has opened Phase 2 of The Villages at Three Ponds for reservations. The new phase consists of thirteen homesites along Three Ponds Drive on the west side of the community, nearly half of which are are on the pond or have direct pond views. Phase 2 also consists of Tuck Drive, a 5-homesite cul-de-sac, which will become available at a later date.
The homes in Phase 2 will consist of the same six floor plans being offered in Phase 1; the Vanilla Torte, Vanilla Crescent, Mallard, Vanilla Grand Torte, Orkney, and Heron. These homes offer a mix of single story (ranch) and two-story options, ranging from 1,280 to 2,071 square feet. Home buyers can choose which house plan they would like to build on their homesite.
As of August 29, 2019, there are still 5 homesites remaining in Phase 1, including one home under construction that is estimated to be completed around the end of October 2019.
