This weekend, June 27th and 28th, The Gove Group and 3-Ponds, LLC will be holding the official Phase 3 Grand Opening event! Both Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 2pm, agents will be on site to facilitate tours of the model home, newly completed clubhouse, the homesites in Phase 3, and various homes under construction.
Select homesites in Phase 3 were made available in May, with many of them still available. Additional Phase 3 homesites will be made available at a future date. Click here to view current availability.
The Grand Opening is being held in conjunction with The Gove Group's "Summer Home Hunt", rescheduled from their annual "Spring Home Hunt" event usually held in April each year. As part of the Home Hunt weekend, anyone who attends the Grand Opening at The Villages at Three Ponds (or other Gove Group open houses) can enter to win a Summer Night Out Package, including gift cards to the Isles of Sholes Steamship Company and The Oar House restaurant in Portsmouth. Our agents are closely following CDC and state guidelines with regard to COVID-19. Appointments are not required to visit the Grand Opening event. Visitors will be asked to wear a mask/face covering when inside a home.
