Tuck Drive to Become Available January 13, 2020

On Monday, January 13, 2020 the five homesites on Tuck Drive will become available. These homesites are the last of Phase 2 to be made available, following the opening of most Phase 2 homesites in September 2019.

Tuck Drive consists of five homesites -- 1 Tuck Drive, 2 Tuck Drive, 3 Tuck Drive, 4 Tuck Drive, and 5 Tuck Drive. Buyers will be able to choose from the six floor plans being offered throughout the community; the Vanilla Torte, Vanilla Crescent, Mallard, Vanilla Grand Torte, Orkney, and Heron. Home prices for Tuck Drive start at $399,900.
